Kullanım Koşulları

Color X uygulamasını (“Uygulama”) kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.

1. Hizmet

Color X, Fujifilm film simülasyon tariflerini paylaşmanızı, keşfetmenizi ve bu tariflerle çektiğiniz fotoğrafları toplulukla paylaşmanızı sağlayan bir platformdur.

2. Hesap

Doğru bilgilerle hesap oluşturmayı ve hesabınızın güvenliğini korumayı kabul edersiniz. 13 yaşından küçükler Uygulamayı kullanamaz.

3. İçeriğiniz ve Lisans

Paylaştığınız tarif ve fotoğrafların size ait olduğunu veya paylaşma hakkınız olduğunu beyan edersiniz. İçeriğinizin telif hakkı sizde kalır.

Bir fotoğraf ya da tarif yükleyerek, Color X'e bu içeriği uygulama ve colorx.com.tr içinde gösterme — ilgili tarifin kapak (ana) görseli olarak kullanma, topluluk akışlarında, tarif galerilerinde ve keşfet bölümlerinde sergileme dâhil — amacıyla dünya çapında, telifsiz, münhasır olmayan, alt lisanslanabilir bir kullanım lisansı vermiş olursunuz. Bu lisans yalnızca hizmetin sunulması, tanıtımı ve iyileştirilmesi amacıyladır; içeriğinizi sildiğinizde ileriye dönük olarak sona erer.

4. Kabul Edilemez Kullanım

Başkasının telifli içeriğini izinsiz paylaşmak,
Yasadışı, nefret içeren, müstehcen veya taciz edici içerik,
Başkasının kimliğine bürünmek, spam veya kötüye kullanım.

Bu kurallara aykırı içerik yönetici tarafından kaldırılabilir ve hesabınız askıya alınabilir.

5. Moderasyon ve Sıfır Tolerans

Kullanıcıların eklediği tarif ve fotoğraflar yayımlanmadan önce yönetici onayına tabidir. Onay/ret takdiri bize aittir.

Uygunsuz içeriğe ve kötüye kullanan kullanıcılara karşı sıfır tolerans uygulanır. Uygulama içinde her tarifi, fotoğrafı ve kullanıcıyı şikayet edebilir (⋮ menüsü → Şikayet Et) ve istemediğiniz kullanıcıları engelleyebilirsiniz (⋮ menüsü → Engelle); engellediğiniz kişilerin içeriği size gösterilmez.

Gelen şikayetleri 24 saat içinde inceler; kurallara aykırı bulduğumuz içeriği kaldırır ve ihlali yapan kullanıcının erişimini gerektiğinde kalıcı olarak sonlandırırız. İlk içeriğinizi paylaşmadan önce Topluluk Kuralları'nı kabul etmeniz gerekir.

6. Sorumluluk Reddi

Uygulama “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağı garanti edilmez. Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.

USB ile kameraya ayar yazma özelliği, kameranızın kendi yedekleme/geri yükleme mekanizmasını kullanır ve kendi sorumluluğunuzda çalıştırılır. Yazma işlemi yalnızca seçtiğiniz özel ayar yuvasını değiştirir; yine de işlemden önce kamera yedeğinizi almanız önerilir. Color X, FUJIFILM Corporation ile bağlantılı veya destekli değildir; anılan ticari markalar sahiplerine aittir ve yalnızca uyumluluğu belirtmek için kullanılır.

7. Değişiklikler ve Fesih

Koşulları güncelleyebilir, gerektiğinde hizmeti veya hesapları sonlandırabiliriz. Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz.

8. Uygulanacak Hukuk

Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir.

Terms of Use

By using the Color X app (the “App”) you agree to these terms.

1. Service

Color X is a platform that lets you share and discover Fujifilm film simulation recipes and share photos you shot with those recipes with the community.

2. Account

You agree to create your account with accurate information and to keep your account secure. Users under 13 may not use the App.

3. Your Content and License

You represent that the recipes and photos you share are yours or that you have the right to share them. Copyright in your content remains yours.

By uploading a photo or recipe, you grant Color X a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to display that content in the app and on colorx.com.tr — including using it as the cover (main) image of the related recipe and showing it in community feeds, recipe galleries and discover sections. This license is solely for providing, promoting and improving the service and ends prospectively when you delete your content.

4. Unacceptable Use

Sharing someone else's copyrighted content without permission,
Illegal, hateful, obscene or harassing content,
Impersonating others, spam or abuse.

Content that violates these rules may be removed by an admin and your account may be suspended.

5. Moderation and Zero Tolerance

Recipes and photos added by users are subject to admin approval before publication. The decision to approve or reject is at our discretion.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Inside the app you can report any recipe, photo or user (⋮ menu → Report) and block users you don't want to see (⋮ menu → Block); blocked users' content is hidden from you.

We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that violates these terms, and where necessary permanently terminate the offending user's access. You must accept the Community Guidelines before sharing your first piece of content.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is”. It is not guaranteed to run uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages.

The USB camera-write feature uses your camera's own backup/restore mechanism and is operated at your own risk. Writing only changes the custom settings slot you select; taking a camera backup before the operation is nevertheless recommended. Color X is not affiliated with or sponsored by FUJIFILM Corporation; all trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners and are used solely to indicate compatibility.

7. Changes and Termination

We may update these terms and, when necessary, terminate the service or accounts. You can delete your account at any time.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
