Gizlilik Politikası

Bu politika, Color X mobil uygulaması ve colorx.com.tr web sitesinde kişisel verilerinizin nasıl işlendiğini; 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“KVKK”) ve Avrupa Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (“GDPR”) kapsamında haklarınızı açıklar.

1. Veri Sorumlusu

2. İşlenen Veriler

Hesap: e-posta adresi, ad, profil fotoğrafı (e-posta veya Google ile giriş sırasında).
Profil: kullanıcı adı, bağladığınız Instagram kullanıcı adı, kayıtlı kamera modelleri.
İçerik: paylaştığınız tarifler, yüklediğiniz fotoğraflar, yorumlar, beğeniler. Fotoğraflar yüklenmeden önce küçültülür ve EXIF verisi kaldırılır (konum bilgisi dâhil).
Güvenlik ve moderasyon: gönderdiğiniz şikayetler (şikayet edilen içerik ve sebep), engellediğiniz kullanıcıların listesi, kötüye kullanımı önlemek için son gönderim zaman damgalarınız.
Bildirim: anlık bildirim gönderebilmek için cihazınızın bildirim jetonu (Firebase Cloud Messaging).
Kullanım ve tanılama: ekran görüntülemeleri ve özellik kullanım olayları (Firebase Analytics) ile çökme raporları (Firebase Crashlytics). Bunlar hizmeti iyileştirmek ve hataları gidermek için kullanılır.
Cihaz bütünlüğü: sahte/otomatik istemcileri engellemek için cihaz doğrulama jetonu (Firebase App Check — Android Play Integrity, iOS App Attest).

Kredi kartı / ödeme bilgisi toplanmaz. Konum verisi toplanmaz; fotoğraflarınızın konum etiketleri yükleme sırasında silinir. Verilerinizi reklam amacıyla kullanmaz ve satmayız.

3. İşleme Amaçları ve Hukuki Sebep

Hesabınızı oluşturmak ve oturumunuzu yönetmek (sözleşmenin ifası).
Tarif/fotoğraf paylaşımı, yorum ve beğeni gibi topluluk özelliklerini sunmak (açık rıza / sözleşme).
İçerik moderasyonu, şikayetlerin değerlendirilmesi, engelleme ve kötüye kullanımı (spam/otomatik gönderim) önlemek (meşru menfaat).
Anlık bildirim göndermek (açık rıza — cihaz ayarlarından kapatabilirsiniz).
Uygulamayı iyileştirmek, hataları ve çökmeleri gidermek (meşru menfaat).

4. Herkese Açık İçerik

Color X bir topluluk platformudur. Paylaştığınız tarifler, yüklediğiniz fotoğraflar, kullanıcı adınız, profiliniz ve (eklediyseniz) Instagram kullanıcı adınız diğer kullanıcılara açıktır.

5. Instagram Bağlama

Instagram hesabınızı bağlamayı seçerseniz şifrenizi görmeyiz ve saklamayız; yalnızca herkese açık kullanıcı adınızı profilinizde göstermek için işleriz. Bağlantıyı dilediğiniz zaman kaldırabilirsiniz.

6. Aktarım ve Barındırma

Verileriniz hizmet sağlayıcımız Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Storage) altyapısında işlenir ve barındırılır. Google sunucularını yurt dışında (ör. Avrupa/ABD) bulundurabilir; bu kapsamda veri yurt dışına aktarılabilir.

7. Saklama ve Silme

Verileriniz hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece saklanır. Hesabınızı ve içeriğinizi Uygulama içinden Profil → Ayarlar → Hesabımı Sil ile silebilirsiniz. Ayrıntılar: Hesap ve veri silme.

8. Haklarınız (KVKK md. 11 / GDPR)

Kişisel verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlenmesine itiraz etme ve taşınabilirlik haklarına sahipsiniz. Talepleriniz için: destek@colorx.com.tr.

Verilerinizi kendiniz indirebilirsiniz: Uygulamada Profil → Ayarlar → Verilerimi İndir ile profiliniz, oluşturduğunuz tarifler, yüklediğiniz fotoğrafların listesi, kaydettikleriniz ve koleksiyonlarınız makine-okunur JSON dosyası olarak dışa aktarılır.

9. Çocuklar

Uygulama 13 yaşından küçük kullanıcılara yönelik değildir.

10. Değişiklikler

Bu politika güncellenebilir; önemli değişiklikler uygulama üzerinden duyurulur.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how your personal data is processed in the Color X mobile app and the colorx.com.tr website, and your rights under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

1. Data Controller

Color X (“we”). Contact: destek@colorx.com.tr

2. Data We Process

Account: email address, name, profile photo (during email or Google sign-in).
Profile: username, the Instagram handle you link, saved camera models.
Content: recipes you share, photos you upload, comments, likes. Photos are downscaled before upload and their EXIF data is stripped (including location).
Safety and moderation: reports you submit (the reported content and reason), the list of users you block, and timestamps of your recent submissions used to prevent abuse.
Notifications: your device's push token, so we can deliver notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging).
Usage and diagnostics: screen views and feature-usage events (Firebase Analytics) and crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics), used to improve the service and fix errors.
Device integrity: a device attestation token used to block fake or automated clients (Firebase App Check — Play Integrity on Android, App Attest on iOS).

Credit card / payment information is not collected. Location data is not collected; location tags in your photos are removed on upload. We do not use your data for advertising and do not sell it.

3. Purposes and Legal Basis

Creating your account and managing your session (performance of a contract).
Providing community features such as recipe/photo sharing, comments and likes (consent / contract).
Content moderation, handling reports, blocking, and preventing abuse such as spam or automated submissions (legitimate interest).
Sending push notifications (consent — you can turn these off in device settings).
Improving the app and fixing errors and crashes (legitimate interest).

4. Public Content

Color X is a community platform. The recipes you share, the photos you upload, your username, your profile and (if added) your Instagram handle are visible to other users.

5. Linking Instagram

If you choose to link your Instagram account, we never see or store your password; we only process your public handle to display it on your profile. You can remove the link at any time.

6. Transfer and Hosting

Your data is processed and hosted on our service provider Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Storage). Google may keep its servers abroad (e.g. Europe/USA), so data may be transferred internationally.

7. Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained while your account is active. You can delete your account and content from within the app via Profile → Settings → Delete My Account. Details: Account and data deletion.

8. Your Rights (KVKK art. 11 / GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to the processing of, and port your personal data. For requests: destek@colorx.com.tr.

You can download your data yourself: in the app, go to Profile → Settings → Download My Data to export your profile, the recipes you created, the list of photos you uploaded, your saved items and your collections as a machine-readable JSON file.

9. Children

The app is not intended for users under the age of 13.

10. Changes

This policy may be updated; significant changes are announced within the app.
